Clio Rewards Store Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to the Clio Rewards Store program (“Program”) and govern your participation in the Program. The General Terms above do not apply to the Program, except that the governing law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and waiver provisions in the General Terms are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility: The Program is available exclusively to active Clio customers in good standing located in the United States or Canada. Clio employees, partners, and consultants are not eligible to participate.
Points: Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined or pooled across accounts.
Availability and Fulfillment: All rewards are subject to inventory availability. Clio reserves the right to substitute items of equal value or refund points if an item is discontinued or unavailable. Clio is not responsible for rewards lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
 

Program Integrity: Clio reserves the right to audit actions and revoke points in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, including fraudulent referrals or fake reviews. Participants found to have engaged in fraudulent activity may be disqualified and forfeit all accumulated points. Point values, available rewards, and Program terms are subject to change at Clio’s discretion.
